Our mobile phone handsets have a 1 year warranty, all other items have 30 day warranty.This does not cover water damage,abuse of equipment,accidental damage,etc.We also repair damaged mobile phones and other electronics.

We accept returns on a CASE BY CASE basis and we have to be informed prior to shipping return merchandise.We do not give full refunds, however we will issue the customer a new replacement product if customers original item cannot be repaired. All returns IF APPROVED may be subject to a minimum 20% re-stocking fee. Customers must contact us prior to return shipping for proper procedures. Customers who ship returrns without proper permission from SuperRey's Exotics will be denied and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges may not be incuded in this fee. By paying our invoice the customer has read and agreed to our terms and policy.
