All of our products have a minmum 90 day warranty from manufacturing defects (Manufacturer may supply with a longer warranty period). This does not cover water damage,abuse of equipment,accidental damage,etc.We also repair damaged mobile phones and other electronics. Unless Noted all of our phones have a (1) Year warranty from manufacturing defects.

We accept refunds on a case by case basis and would have to be approved by SuperRey's Exotics.We have to be informed prior to shipping for proper procedures on all return merchandise.Shipping a return without prior consent will automatically be denied any exchange or refund. We do not give full refunds.Depending on the merchandise and the state of the merchandise returned we may offer the customer an exchange,if an exchange or a refund is approved there may be a minmum 20% restocking fee,if SuperRey's Exotics gives approval for a refund or exchange status.

We also accept direct credit card purchases via E-mail We accept Visa,Mastercard,American Express,Discover, through Google Checkout. As soon as we recieve payment we make sure all information matches to avoid errors.Please make sure to leave your contact details .Our order process is after order is verified we than ship out your product immediatly ,depending on stock level the shipping process may exceed to 5 days for item to leave our warehouse .Shipping usually takes between 2 to 14 days for customer to recieve the merchandise depending on distance of the  ship to address.

Please note some cell phones maybe internet and MMS ready .We do not configure unlocked mobile phones to work with Internet or MMS.Customer would have to get configuration settings from the mobile phone company you are using.  We are not responsible any VAT fees or tax added upon arrival to country recieving merchandise.Any tax or fees due to laws of any particular country or customs is the responsibility of the customer.
